Refund refused by Law Advisors of Professional LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4994-GXA-6456 placed with Law Advisors of Professional LLC on February 5, 2014. I paid $752.15 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Francesca J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
