Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Intellect Thinkers of Mastery for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7214-VNR-5022) on June 17, 2012, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
