I have been a loyal customer of DirectHaus for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-5701-BQD-7546) on August 17, 2002, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
