Unsatisfactory resolution from Abode Ventures Enterprises

On October 4, 2000, I signed up for Abode Ventures Enterprises's upgrade service at their Noemiebury, Washington location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $728.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tyler I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
