On September 28, 2019, I signed up for Quality Deal Exchange Cardiff Corp.'s setup assistance at their Jenkinsshire, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $210.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Grace N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
