On September 27, 2013, I signed up for Complete Practice's support package at their Heathcoteborough, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $909.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Russel M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
