Living Foundation refused to address issue

On December 19, 1993, I signed up for Living Foundation's support package at their Kelleymouth, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $914.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Christopher W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
