False promises made by Renovations Professionals Holdings representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9514-NTU-2113 placed with Renovations Professionals Holdings on July 3, 2004. I paid $609.37 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alena Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
