Quality Works & Sons failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2021-ULN-5416 placed with Quality Works & Sons on December 8, 1998. I paid $301.76 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delbert Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
