Poor customer service experience with Realty of Golden

On November 18, 1976, I signed up for Realty of Golden's consultation at their East Brennanstad, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $730.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vida A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
