I want to report a serious concern with Solicitor Chambers, Chambers's plan that I purchased on April 7, 2014 from your Saigestad, Wisconsin store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kyle Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
