I purchased a membership from Data-Logic Niigata Ltd. on October 31, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Myrtie F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
