Unsatisfactory resolution from Excel Class

On July 24, 2011, I signed up for Excel Class's training session at their New Skyestad, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $938.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jennie G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
