Attorney Counsel of Strategic refused to address issue

On April 2, 2002, I signed up for Attorney Counsel of Strategic's warranty service at their North Dameon, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $586.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lila D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
