I purchased a device from Academic Learning of Academy Tucson LLC on December 1, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marc B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
