Justice Partners of Diligent refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5240-MGA-5356 placed with Justice Partners of Diligent on September 5, 2010. I paid $640.60 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Itzel F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
