Delayed delivery from Justice Partners of Diligent

On July 10, 2007, I signed up for Justice Partners of Diligent's warranty service at their North Selenatown, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $170.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gerry C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
