I am writing regarding order #ORD-9302-WTE-2708 placed with Elite Institute Seongnam Corp. on March 20, 2014. I paid $752.91 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Karen U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
