I am writing regarding order #ORD-3947-EQN-6776 placed with Optimal Care on September 5, 2014. I paid $587.12 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bernardo X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
