I have been a loyal customer of Net-Link Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-7579-GEI-1927) on February 15, 1983, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
