I purchased a accessory from Learning Success Institute on June 5, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gillian H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
