Frustrated with United Remedy Associates's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1153-IHX-4806 placed with United Remedy Associates on February 3, 1998. I paid $809.99 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Antonio D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
