CloudNode failed to honor their commitment

On January 22, 1998, I signed up for CloudNode's return process at their New Lillianamouth, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $459.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gaetano X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
