NetTech refused to address issue

I purchased a membership from NetTech on August 27, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jesus E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
