Unresolved issue with NetTech product

I want to report a serious concern with NetTech's package that I purchased on August 25, 2011 from your East Uriah, New Jersey store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Christian Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
