Warranty claim denied by The Advanced Hospital Alliance

On October 15, 1991, I signed up for The Advanced Hospital Alliance's setup assistance at their East Clare, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $885.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joanie M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
