I have been a loyal customer of Precision Build Team for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-4968-RRL-8460) on October 13, 1980, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
