I am writing regarding order #ORD-1412-BOH-5446 placed with The Integrated Therapy Center on May 21, 1983. I paid $429.53 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cleora V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
