LogicRobo Beijing tech support failed to resolve issue

On June 25, 2018, I signed up for LogicRobo Beijing's premium plan at their Gaylordstad, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $923.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Imani K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
