Properties of Prestige Jakarta refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8507-TSA-1322 placed with Properties of Prestige Jakarta on November 9, 2001. I paid $907.46 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sandrine X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
