Overcharged by Development Inc for service

On May 16, 2015, I signed up for Development Inc's repair service at their South Arvel, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $959.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Forrest G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
