Unsatisfactory resolution from The Gourmet Kitchen

On March 27, 1994, I signed up for The Gourmet Kitchen's training session at their South Alekland, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $624.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Derrick Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
