Depot Center Incheon failed to honor their commitment

On October 12, 2007, I signed up for Depot Center Incheon's delivery service at their North Dorcas, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $603.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mina U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
