I want to report a serious concern with Balance Center International's unit that I purchased on January 17, 1989 from your West Madalineview, Nevada store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Filomena W., but my issue remains unresolved.
