I want to report a serious concern with PulseNano's service that I purchased on August 18, 2019 from your Tysonton, Tennessee store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Freeda Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
