Unresolved issue with Land & Services product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7973-HWH-2300 placed with Land & Services on February 15, 1975. I paid $795.64 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mercedes N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
