Refund refused by Land & Services

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8597-AMF-1201 placed with Land & Services on March 16, 2017. I paid $608.37 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cassidy Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
