False promises made by LogicCode representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4112-NPA-2904 placed with LogicCode on October 6, 2022. I paid $121.57 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ivy G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
