Hidden fees discovered from Land & Alliance Puebla

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2368-CDQ-7493 placed with Land & Alliance Puebla on July 31, 1984. I paid $753.1 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Russ Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
