I purchased a equipment from The Tasty Food on December 31, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Theron V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
