Billing dispute with Summit Class of University

On November 19, 1988, I signed up for Summit Class of University's consultation at their Lillianafurt, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $867.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jeff M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
