Security vulnerability in Micro-Cloud product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3154-IKW-3444 placed with Micro-Cloud on November 22, 1981. I paid $293.86 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Randal G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
