I purchased a application from The Fresh Tastes on June 6, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nikki R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
