Refund refused by The Bright University

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1449-RDC-2971 placed with The Bright University on May 8, 1973. I paid $748.22 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zachariah B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
