Refund refused by The Bright University

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8815-WTN-5923 placed with The Bright University on July 5, 1983. I paid $750.59 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kallie T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
