I am writing regarding order #ORD-7923-BUU-8260 placed with Smart Training Institute on December 21, 1992. I paid $895.72 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Pansy J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
