I am writing regarding order #ORD-8511-BFL-6678 placed with Smart Training Institute on February 20, 2022. I paid $676.64 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keshawn B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
