I want to report a serious concern with The Healthy Appetite International's account that I purchased on April 30, 1986 from your New Alvera, District of Columbia store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Godfrey C., but my issue remains unresolved.
