I am writing regarding order #ORD-1325-SER-8608 placed with The Healthy Appetite International on February 24, 2002. I paid $292.44 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shana U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
