Defender Legal Offices refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Defender Legal Offices's unit that I purchased on June 4, 2003 from your Port Kianaberg, Louisiana store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Coy V., but my issue remains unresolved.
